2. Booking Policy

Hotel Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
- A reservation is confirmed only after the system approves it and issues a booking number.
- The hotel may contact the guest to verify or complete missing booking details.

2. Payment and Deposit
- The deposit amount and payment deadline follow the terms shown during checkout.
- If payment is not completed on time, the hotel may cancel the reservation without prior notice.

3. Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Changes to stay dates or room quantity are subject to room availability at the time of request.
- Cancellation terms and related fees follow the conditions shown on the confirmation or checkout page.
- When a refund applies, it will be processed to the original payment method and may take time according to the payment provider.

4. Check-in and Stay Requirements
- Guests must present a valid original ID card or passport at check-in.
- The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
- Extra charges may apply for additional guests, special cleaning, property damage, or smoking in non-smoking areas.

5. No-show
- If the guest does not arrive on the booked date without prior notice, the hotel may charge a fee under this policy and release the room back to inventory.

6. Force Majeure
- The hotel may adjust operations or services in cases of force majeure, emergencies, or government requirements, and will provide reasonable assistance as appropriate.

3. Payment

We accept bank transfer, PromptPay, credit/debit cards, and cash payment at hotel. Remaining balance must be paid before check-in.

4. Cancellation

Refunds, late cancellations, and no-show fees follow the cancellation policy and the conditions shown on the reservation confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property. Please use the in-room safe provided.

6. Changes to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
